Indianapolis Coalition for Patient Safety

The Indianapolis Coalition for Patient Safety is an alliance of Indianapolis-area hospitals committed to advancing patient safety efforts. It is housed at the Indiana Health Information Exchange.

Coalition membership includes 13 hospitals in six health care systems and purchasers, insurers, supports and educators to the health care community. The working partners include the chief executive, medical and nursing officers and directors of pharmacy and patient safety from each of the hospital systems.

The Indiana University School of Medicine, nursing, pharmacy and directors from county and state government, Eli Lilly and Company and major insurers also collaborate with the coalition. Visit the Coalition website.
