The entire IHIE team shares the same address for the very purpose of doing what’s best for our customers. Our Solutions Center and Relationship Managers work hand-in-hand with our Project Managers and Technical Teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process, whether it's for a new customer or a new service for an existing customer.
For day-to-day support, a Solutions Center representative is available 24 x 7 x 365. Our team advocates for customers when needed and routes communications between local and state regulators and agencies. We provide project management tools for our customers to support their internal resources. Perhaps most importantly, IHIE and our customers share the same values and goal of improving the health of patients, which provides a strong foundation for ongoing relationships.
