The Indiana Health Information Exchange's DOCS4DOCS® service is one of the nation's most respected clinical messaging services.  The service provides communities with a single source for clinical results. Our clients choose what they want delivered and how it is delivered. Since 2004, we have delivered over 30 million messages for our clients.

The Indiana Health Information Exchange's Quality Health First SM program is a disease management service that creates reports that physicians can use to better monitor and improve the health of their patients. It provides alerts and reminders to help physicians proactively monitor patients' health and wellness, especially those patients with chronic diseases using nationally-recognized metrics and clinical, point-of-care and claims data.

In conjunction with the Regenstrief Institute, the Indiana Health Information Exchange's partner, we offer an Aggregated Patient Repository that securely connects patient information electronically outside an individual healthcare organization. This services provides an abstract containing treatment history and test results, providing the most accurate, up-to-date information available about a patient, regardless of their treatment location. Users are able to retrieve results, trend and graph data, view patient lists, print round reports and link to knowledge sources.
