Chris Schultz

Mr. Schultz is the Program Director of Clinical Quality Services for the Indiana Health Information Exchange. Mr. Schultz was a consultant and Director in Information Technology for Conseco Health and Life Insurance Company in Carmel, Indiana. He has experience in IT strategic planning, project management, budgeting, people management and coaching, organizational planning and management. Prior to joining IHIE, he was an IT and business operations Director for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Indiana for over 30 years. Mr. Schultz has a firm background in health claims management and processing, and a wealth of electronic systems development and project management. He received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and his BS in Supervision Technology and AAS in Computer Technology degrees from Purdue University.
